Add planned income and expenses before they happen. They are included in budget calculations, so a future bill does not disappear from your plan. Mark the transaction as completed when it happens.

About CashCurator

CashCurator is built around a practical question: what is left in the budget, and what still needs to be accounted for? Personal tracking, period budgets and planned transactions form the base; collaboration and receipt tools build on it.

Your categories, your budget periods, your pace.

Questions before you start?

Can I use CashCurator on Android and iOS?

CashCurator is being developed for Android and iOS. This page shows which releases are currently available in stores.

Can I start without an account or internet?

Yes. Personal budgets and transactions are stored locally and can be used without an account. Cloud synchronization and shared budgets require a signed-in PRO account and a connection. Local use is not automatic cloud backup.

What is included in PRO?

PRO adds synchronization across devices, shared budgets and receipt photos/recognition. Personal tracking, reports and manual archive transfer are available without PRO. Current prices and terms are shown in the app.

How do shared budgets work?

With PRO, you can invite other people to a shared budget. Participants can keep track of common expenses in the app. Personal budgets remain separate.

Do planned transactions affect the balance?

Yes. Planned income and expenses are included in budget calculations before they happen. Once money is received or a purchase is paid for, turn off its planned status.

Can I move a budget to another device?

You can export one budget to a CashCurator archive and import it manually on another device, including in FREE and guest mode. This transfers budget settings, categories and transactions; receipt photo files are not included in that archive. Automatic synchronization is a separate PRO feature.

Do I need to check scanned receipts?

Yes. Check item names, quantities and amounts before saving. Receipt recognition can make mistakes, especially with blurred or damaged receipts.

Does receipt recognition use a cloud service?

Recognition runs on your device. Saved receipt photos can synchronize with your account. Android currently uses recognition optimized for Russian-language receipts; iOS supports Russian and English recognition when the device provides these languages. Review every result before saving.

Can I use different currencies?

Choose a currency for each budget. Keep budgets in different currencies separate; this does not imply automatic exchange-rate conversion.

Start with one budget.
