Consent to Personal Data Processing

1. Operator and scope

Fail Shakhmaev, an individual developer based in Kazakhstan, operates CashCurator and controls the personal data described below. Contact: info@chiefhead.com. This document explains the account data-processing confirmation given through the unchecked registration checkbox. It must be selected by you to register an account; local budget tracking is available without an account.

2. Data and purposes

I agree to processing of my email, account identifier and profile information to create and secure my account; records, receipts, avatars and sharing choices that I send to cloud features to provide storage, synchronization, reports and sharing I request; subscription-verification data to provide paid access; and necessary technical identifiers, IP addresses, session information and support materials to authenticate access, protect the service, send requested notifications and answer my requests.

This includes collection, recording, organization, storage, use, updating, authorized disclosure and deletion, by automated or manual means as necessary for these purposes. Shared records and relevant profile information are disclosed to participants I select. I should not upload information I have no right to disclose.

3. Providers and international processing

I understand that the main server is hosted by Aeza in Stockholm, Sweden. Cloudflare R2 stores attachments and backups using automatic location selection without a country restriction. Necessary processing also involves Firebase Cloud Messaging, Apple APNs where supported, and the relevant store’s purchase-verification services. These providers may process information outside my country, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Where applicable law requires consent for such international transfers, I consent to transfers necessary for the account and cloud features I choose. This does not remove the operator’s obligation to meet applicable storage, transfer and security requirements.

4. Optional collection is separate

This confirmation does not enable optional usage analytics or crash-report sending, advertising, or unrelated marketing. Optional analytics and crash-report sending remain off unless I separately enable them in Settings, where I can withdraw that choice.

5. Duration, withdrawal and rights

This consent applies while I use the account and selected cloud features, until withdrawn. I can withdraw consent or request account deletion by contacting info@chiefhead.com; I can also delete my account from the app. Verification of account ownership may be required. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. Features that require the withdrawn processing may no longer be available, but local use remains available.

Account and cloud records, and our backup copies of deleted data, are deleted within one month of a verified deletion request, subject to applicable lawful exceptions. Our server logs are retained for up to one month. Minimal subscription, dispute and legally required records may be kept for the periods and purposes explained in the Privacy Policy. Service providers have separate retention cycles.

This document does not replace another legal basis where the law requires or permits processing to perform the service contract, meet legal obligations or protect legitimate security interests. It does not waive my rights to access, correction, deletion, withdrawal or a complaint to a competent authority. The Privacy Policy provides further details.
